What Sits Inside the dy115 Live Dealer Lobby

The live dealer section at dy115 brings together studios from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, so you move between Speed Baccarat, Mega Roulette and Classic Blackjack without hunting through separate menus. Tables run across multiple bet-size tiers — lower-limit seats for a quick session between commitments, and higher-limit rooms for a longer sit-down. Players in Kuching reach the lobby in seconds on mobile

browser without downloading anything. Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo round out the Asian table selection, and each game panel shows the road map, chip history and dealer name so you always know what table you have joined.

HOW WE RUN THIS

How Our Live Tables Are Kept Fair

Every live dealer table in our lobby is streamed directly from studios operated by Evolution and Pragmatic Play — both carry independent game-integrity certifications that apply to the streamed outcome. We do not host in-house video feeds; the deal, the spin and the draw all happen in certified studio environments. RTP figures are shown inside the game panel where the provider publishes them — we do not supply our own estimates.

Studio-Certified Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play live tables are produced in dedicated studios with regulatory-grade camera setups. The deal is live, not animated — you see the actual cards and wheel in real time.

Server-Side Round Records

Every hand result — baccarat road, roulette spin, Dragon Tiger draw — is logged server-side the moment it settles. This record is what our support team uses to resolve any query you raise.

Provider-Published RTP

RTP details are only shown where the game provider publishes them inside the game interface. We never display estimated or made-up percentages alongside a live table.

Secure Account Access

Your live session runs under the same account security as every other section — OTP verification on new devices, and session tokens that expire when you log out or close the browser.

LOBBY HELP DESK

Help While You Are at the Live Tables

Live sessions move fast, so if anything needs sorting — a disconnected hand, a chip balance question or an account wallet check — here are the fastest paths to get it resolved without missing the next deal.

Team online

Live Chat

Reach our support team through live chat while you are inside the lobby. Describe the table name and round ID for the quickest resolution on any disputed hand.

Account Wallet Check

If a deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay has not reflected at the table, open your transaction history in your account wallet — the reference number there speeds up any manual check.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection drops mid-round, the hand result is recorded server-side. Log back in, head to bet history under your account, and the settled outcome will already be there.

Live Dealer Terms Worth Knowing Before You Sit Down

New to the live lobby or just want to be sure before you place a chip? These are the terms that come up most often at the live tables — plain definitions, no padding.

01
What is a squeeze in live baccarat?

A squeeze is when the dealer slowly bends the card corners to reveal the value — a dramatic reveal common in Asian baccarat rooms. It slows the round slightly but adds theatre to the draw.

02
What does 'road map' mean in the live baccarat panel?

The road map is the colour-coded grid showing results from previous rounds — Player, Banker or Tie. It tracks patterns across recent hands and is shown on every baccarat table in our lobby.

03
What is a side bet in live blackjack?

A side bet is an optional wager placed before the main hand is dealt. Common examples include Perfect Pairs and 21+3 — they pay on specific card combinations independent of whether you beat the dealer.

04
What does 'multi-camera' mean for a live roulette table?

Multi-camera means the stream switches between angles — overhead, close-up on the wheel, and wide studio — giving you a clear view of the ball landing, reducing any doubt about the result.

05
What is the difference between Speed Baccarat and standard live baccarat?

Speed Baccarat deals all cards face-up immediately, cutting round time to roughly 27 seconds. Standard baccarat may include a squeeze reveal, making each round take longer but adding the full ritual.

06
What does 'round ID' mean and why does it matter?

A round ID is a unique code assigned to every live game round. When you contact support about a specific hand, quoting the round ID lets the team pull the exact server record in seconds.

Answers to What You Actually Want to Know

These are the questions we see most from people exploring the live dealer lobby for the first time — or returning after a break. Straight answers, nothing left vague.

The lobby includes tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Evolution covers Speed Baccarat, Live Roulette and classic blackjack variants; Pragmatic Play brings Mega Roulette and One Blackjack to the mix.

Yes — the lobby loads in your mobile browser directly. No download is needed. The table view and chip controls scale to your screen, so the experience on mobile is the same as on desktop.

The round continues server-side and the result is recorded. Log back in, check your bet history under your account, and the settled outcome will already show. Contact live chat with the round ID if anything looks wrong.

Minimum bet amounts vary by table tier. Lower-limit seats are available across baccarat and Dragon Tiger rooms — the bet range is shown in the table preview card before you click in, so you know exactly before joining.

Deposit through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay — open the payment screen in your account, select your wallet, confirm the amount and authorise with your PIN. Funds generally reflect before your next page load.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If the lobby section is visible after you log in, your account region supports it at the time you are playing.
