Inside the dy115 Live Blackjack Tables

Our live blackjack lobby pulls from studios like Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, so the stream quality holds up whether you are on a 4G connection in Kuching or on Wi-Fi at home. Classic Blackjack is the entry point — standard rules, clean interface, low minimum seat. Step up to Speed Blackjack when you want rounds to move faster, or take a

seat in Infinite Blackjack where there is no limit on how many hands can be dealt from the same table. Side bets like Perfect Pairs and 21+3 are flagged clearly before you confirm your stake. Every table shows its own limit range so you pick the seat that fits your session, not the other way around.

TABLE HELP PATHS

Help When You Need It at the Blackjack Table

Something off mid-session? We keep support close so a disconnection or a bet query does not kill your momentum. Reach us through live chat inside your account, raise a ticket for anything that needs a record, or check the in-lobby help panel for instant table rule clarifications — all accessible from the same screen you are already on.

Team online

Live Chat

Open live chat from inside your account while you are at the blackjack table. A real agent picks it up — no need to leave the game screen or reload the page.

Ticket Support

For bet disputes or round history queries, raise a support ticket from your account menu. Attach the round ID shown at the bottom of the table for the fastest resolution.

In-Lobby Help Panel

Every live blackjack table has a rules panel built in. Tap the info icon at the table to read payout ratios, side bet conditions and table limits without interrupting your session.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Studio Standards at Our Tables

We source our live blackjack exclusively from certified studios — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both operate under independent testing bodies that audit shuffle procedures and RNG where applicable. Every hand result is generated by the physical card dealt on camera, not a software outcome, so what you see is what happened. RTP figures are published at the table level where the studio exposes them; we do not manufacture numbers. Round history is stored in your account so you can verify any hand after the session ends.

Certified Studios

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live supply our tables. Both studios hold third-party certifications for shuffle integrity and dealer conduct, checked through independent audit cycles.

Physical Card Results

Every blackjack outcome is determined by the card dealt on the live camera feed — there is no software RNG layered over it. What the dealer draws is the result, full stop.

Published RTP at Table Level

RTP data appears only where the provider publishes it at the table. We do not add our own figures. Check the table info panel for whatever the studio has made available.

Round History in Your Account

Every hand you play is logged under your account history with the round ID, stake and result. You can pull it up any time to cross-check a payout or query a hand with support.

Live Blackjack Glossary — Key Terms Explained

New to live blackjack or brushing up before you sit down? Here are the terms that come up most at the table, explained the way a regular at the mamak would say it — no casino jargon left hanging.

What does 'Stand' mean in blackjack?

Standing means you are happy with your current hand total and do not want another card. The dealer then plays out their own hand according to fixed house rules before the outcome is settled.

What is a 'Soft Hand' in blackjack?

A soft hand contains an Ace counted as 11. Because the Ace can flip to 1 without busting, a soft hand gives you more flexibility when deciding whether to hit or stand.

What does 'Double Down' mean?

Doubling down lets you double your original stake in exchange for exactly one more card. It is a strong move when your first two cards total 9, 10 or 11 against a weak dealer upcard.

What is 'Perfect Pairs' side bet?

Perfect Pairs is a side bet settled before the main hand. You win if your first two cards form a pair — Mixed Pair, Coloured Pair and Perfect Pair each carry different payout ratios shown at the table.

What does 'Bust' mean at the blackjack table?

A bust happens when a hand exceeds 21. If you bust, your stake is lost immediately regardless of what the dealer holds. If the dealer busts, all remaining players at the table win their hands.

What is 'Speed Blackjack'?

Speed Blackjack is a live table variant where all players receive their cards first and the fastest decision wins priority on hit cards. Rounds complete quicker, so it suits a shorter session.
